Years of performing a wide range of styles has nurtured Cohen's writing and playing, heard throughout the disc, from the swinging bop of the opening track "Naked in L.A." (featuring the saxophone work of Ernie Watts), to the piercing blues of "The Gray Zone" and the searing fusion of "Outer Circle".

There's something here for everyone: straight-ahead jazz, fusion, samba, ballads...all tied together by Adam's strong sound and soloing.
